How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add your favorite items to your cart, and complete checkout by following the on-screen instructions.
After your order has been placed successfully, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
Order changes and cancellations are accepted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the same day your order is placed.
Once an order enters processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
I didn't receive my confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first.
If you still cannot locate your confirmation email, contact our Customer Support team and we'll be happy to assist you.

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes the original packaging.
